  1. I have flown, and breathed underwater, and travelled over land at 100 mph- and yes, walking is miraculous.

  3. Very true, I suppose. But given the choice, I think I still prefer thin air. 🙂

Hi Cathy, after reading your post, I wanted to know who is Thich Nhat Hanh?
I am so shy to tell you I don’t know who he is or who she is! But never mind, the words is great and just perfectly match your red mountain photo. Thanks for sharing!

      Hi Sydney,
Thich Nhat Hanh is a Zen Buddhist monk originally from Vietnam. I gather that he lived in Vietnam during the war and was a huge advocate for peace. Now he lives in France and teaches in the west. I have never seen him in person, but have read several of his books and he is a great writer and teacher. If you “Google” him, you can find out more about him. Hope this helps and please don’t feel embarrassed. I’m glad you asked!

  7. Love that picture! I think another miracle will be surviving the hell of taking a flight out of JFK today. I’m heading over to the West Coast and will not be online much until I return. Have a wonderful Christmas Cathy!
