Me too! These guys are Tonkinese, which is a cross between Burmese and Siamese. They have many of the traits of both. Smart, funny, intelligent and affectionate. And they retrieve. We call them dog-cats!
They do talk, but not quite as much. They really respond verbally when we talk to them and they have quite a large vocabulary of meows, chirps, silent quakes, etc., but they seem to talk a bit less than Siamese. They seem to talk more in response to us. I’ve had many cats that I have loved dearly, but these guys are the best. I’m totally in love with them and the breed.

I don’t have cats (or dogs, or pets . . . husband not a pet lover), but I do so love photos of them. These cats are beautiful. Are they always so loving, or just when they’re sleeping?

The do make a nice blanket at night, but sometimes they can be little furnaces. And they’re hard to kick off. They just keep coming back!
