The World Upside-Down

The World Upside-Down

One of Cielo’s favorite sunspots, the back of this chair gets lots of use…but until the other day, I had never seen him perch himself upside-down on it!

  2. In my next life I hope I come back as your cat Cathy! Living is easy in Cathyville.

You’re actually not the first who has ever said that, V. Many of our friends have observed the same thing!

      • I assume you’re referring to this observation: “Living is easy in Cathyville.”

Both, “Living is easy in Cathyville (for the cats anyway) and that they would like to come back in their next life as one of our cats! Cielo and Leo are also great ambassadors in our home. When we have guests, we warn them that there will be a bag check when they leave, so don’t get any ideas about smuggling a cat out.

      • Cat smuggling! Perish the thought! My friend, Coco, told me that someone in our area (I’m thinking either Jersey or Long Island) recently stole two rare goats. She and I like goats a lot. One of them has a gastrointestinal condition very similar to my own and is on medication (just like me!). If the thieves slaughter the goats for dinner, the meds that goat is on is toxic to humans. Food for thought, or maybe not. Just return the goats and no one take Leo and Cielo!

Absolutely! I have several clients out here in Colorado that raise the little Nigerian Pigmy goats (they’re dairy goats). One of them showed me a video of the babies just after they were born. They were the cutest creatures on the planet!

      • Just checked Nigerian Pigmy goats out over here. They’re ADORABLE! I’m sharing the link with Coco. She’ll melt.

Ah Cielo has the right idea. Don’t you love it when they give you that upside down look. My pup, Sophie, does that a lot. I bet there was some serious purring going on too, C! Great picture.

Such an inviting spot for a cat. I am surprised only one is there in the sun vs. 2. S U 😉
