    Nice interpretation of the Threshold theme! I love the Southwest and everything associated with it. Some people think it barren but I find it beautiful and I love those adobe houses in New Mexico, which is the only place I’ve found them, not that they’re not anywhere else. Very lovely photograph.

      Thanks! It’s actually in an area that gets a significant winter. Northern New Mexico is relatively far south in the continental U.S., but at a high altitude – around 7000 feet, so it get snow and cold weather several months out of the year.

      Thanks so much, Cindy. I agree! I so wanted to see what these homes looked and felt like inside. This is a home in the Taos Pueblo in New Mexico – over a thousand years old!
