  7. I was wondering how you’re surviving this endurance test. Thirty days of Lame Adventures would kill me (even though every day has an LA element to it such as today’s terrifying hair day). I hope after you cross the finish line we’ll hear from you again before July.

  8. Are haikus a requirement?
It seems you still have time…
    So maybe try some rhyming
    To matchy-match with mine! 🙂

Sums it up perfectly. But you have 23 days done! I petered out on NaNoWriMo after a week. You can do this! Maybe you should just write 7 of them, post them and go on a bender….

Actually, I liked the portrait, even though it seemed a bit cruel… but regarding the haikus, I believe that poetry reveals itself at certain moments, and isn’t a good media for challenges. Better to be challenged in photography, or the telling of a story… but when it comes to poetry, I consider it best to wait till the tree, rock, or fish in the water winks at us.
