This is lovely, C. Is it part of your home or part of something bigger? There seems to be “tiny” worlds within its workings.

  3. I love that photo, Cathy. I think an adobe house would be wonderful to live in and since I like southwest things, it would be fun inside, too.

    One more day! 🙂

Thanks, Janet. I love the southwest architecture too. This shot was taken from inside an adobe casita where Peter and I stayed in Taos, NM last summer. It was a beautiful place. I’d love to go back there!

  5. Those glass brick windows look iridescent, Cathy. Very cool shot. Hey, tomorrow, you’re wrapping up this challenge! As if you need me to remind you about that.

Love it as it caused me to shake me head a few times to clarify what I was seeing. From the adobe to the reflections in the glass … awesome!

I love the shapes, the textures, and the rather mind-boggling contrast of modern glass brick and traditional adobe. Beautiful, intriguing shot.

I saw this yesterday on my phone which was too tiny to do this photo justice. Wouldn’t this make a gorgeous piece of jewelry? Like others, I find the separate worlds inside each glass block lovely and intriguing. Your photos and haiku make my day!

Thanks for your thoughtful comment, Mary. It would make an amazing piece of jewelry. I agree! It did make for an interesting shot and it is from the inside looking out so if you look carefully, you’ll see some trees in there!
