I haven’t posted a shot of my boys in some time. So when I find them sleeping like this, serenity is certainly the word that comes to mind (or maybe cute, or adorable or…)!

Though I’m a “dog person,” this beautiful picture just makes my heart feel good, C. As I sit here in front of a fire, hubby cooking dinner and my two sweet pups nestled around me — life is beautiful, yes?

They’re Tonkinese, Dawn. A recognized breed, they are a cross between Burmese and Siamese. They’re wonderful cats!

Thanks, Frank. I didn’t know you were a cat person. Do you currently share your home with members of the feline persuasion? These guys are both Tonkinese – which is a cross between Siamese and Burmese. They’re wonderful cats.

We’ve hat three wonderful, yet different, cats … but no longer because we’ve discovered that my wife is allergic and we believe those allergies stimulated the growth of nasal polyps, which she had to have removed twice within 3-5 years … so, unfortunately, we didn’t replace the last one … but we miss having a cat.
